Excellent library with a great selection of books. Computers available as long as you have a library card. Very friendly, helpful staff. The library also offers quite a few events/classes which seem to be aimed toward the younger kids but I haven't explored everything they offer.
I enjoy bringing my 5-year old daughter to story time on Tuesdays at 11. She loves the social interaction and I love browsing through the children's book section after story time is over and my daughter looks at the fish tank. It is a pretty library. Very friendly library staff, also!
If you want to study without any noise, look for another library. There is a Children section so don't expect the place to be peaceful. I guess, since its a city Library you can't expect to be peaceful compare to University Library. Overall nice Ambience.
Don't go if you wanna go for studying. I used to go there bc it's near from my house, but it's so noisy. The library is filled with many of students, and they're talking loudly. Libraian don't make them quiet. They just let them keep talking. Always noisy...
It is pretty clean. I like it a lot.
