Then my nephew sliced his finger on a ball. I took it to the managers attention. I explained I would be leaving a bad review, explained the situation start to finish and Rudy blew it off and still refused to take responsibility for the false accusations. He told me how could he have known we were together? Idk ask your employees, look up your tickets between the three lanes we ended up with and the names on the screen. He blew me off with “Go ahead and leave the bad reviews”
I have never been to a bowling alley and been treated like a thief. As I said earlier we won’t ever go back!
Originally the old AMF, but remodeled and much nicer and cleaner inside now. Great bowling lanes as always and weekly specials!
Then again before we finished our server returned again and my mother was upset and explained her frustrations and she plans to contact the BBB. Still no consideration of the damper they put on our evening. No one ever enjoys being treated like thieves. An accusation like that at least deserves an apology and responsibility of the situation. Everyone was Frustrated.
Horrible experience all around, the manager Rudy ruined my familes experience on my birthday.
Our families will never return, we will inform our friends of the experience.
After we all started bowling for about 15-20 minutes. The server came to us and explained they were going to cut our games short because there were more people playing than what was purchased. My sister explained we had all purchased games, he replied “no you didn’t and you can take it up with my manager.” So we gathered all three receipts. My cousin went to handle it since it was my birthday. He was accused of purchasing games for 12 and 14 were playing. He said no, we all paid. Rudy the manager asked if we had receipts. (At this point and time we were getting irritated but remained polite) my cousin showed him the receipts which indicate everyone was paid for. There was no apology for the misunderstanding or accountability. Rudy said “oh ok”and unfroze our games for the second time.
We arrived first and explained there were other people coming and if we could get 3-4 lanes for our group as they arrive. We requested lanes 2-5. The front desk lady was aware and our server was aware while Rudy stood by as each of us rented shoes and purchased games.
This place has raised the bar of expectations when I comes to bowling alleys... very clean, loaded with huge video screens... large fully stocked bar with pool tables and like 50 lanes. Nice and friendly staff. Highly Recommended.
This bowling alley has been renovated and is top notch interior. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lanes are good, they tend to keep them oiled fairly often. Leagues aren't too crazy. Good spot, my go to Lanes in this area.
My mother was harassed about not enough people purchased games for our group. She explained we did.
They locked us out of the system from completing the names to bowl. We asked the server if he could enter them for us since we were locked out. He took down the names on paper and submitted them into the computer.
We went here with family on thanksgiving to have some fun for my husband birthday. We will never go back. There was a group of us. I guess the manager often deals with people trying to play extra bowlers and games while not paying for them. Well... that how he treated my family! We were accused of not paying for people , they paused our game and even threatened to kick us out, until the issue was resolved and even after showing the receipts the manager(Robbie? or Rudy? ) still refused to accept that he was mistaken.
